Strong winds to reach at least 80 kilometres per hour in Southwestern Quebec – Environment Canada

Today Monday 25 February 2019, at 11.08 AM Environment Canada issued the following statement. Strong and possibly high southwest winds will reach at least 80 kilometres per hour today in Southwestern Quebec.

Little snow is expected over this region, but these winds could produce local blowing snow reducing visibilities. Travel may become difficult at times.
